Pantries are grateful

Thanks once again to everyone attending the Wheaton 4th of July parade who donated canned goods, personal care items and cash for the People's Resource Center in Wheaton and the Interfaith Food Pantry in Carol Stream. Members of St. Matthew United Church of Christ entertained the crowds with shopping cart maneuvers, collected nearly $900 and filled a truck donated by the Home Depot in Carol Stream with contributions along the parade route. We are grateful to the community for supporting our food pantries.
