Move on with the wall

My hat's off to Brent Jessee for his comment of Jan. 22 to let Trump have his wall and move on. It is obvious that neither side is going to give in until something critical happens. The current leadership on both sides lacks the competency to successfully manage the problem, instead exhibiting the kind of behavior one would not even expect of an average adolescent.

There are many sources available on how to manage difficult people. Perhaps our combined leadership should avail themselves of these sources, stop acting like children and solve the wall problem. We elect and pay them to solve problems not create and expand them.

Figure out a way to give Trump his wall and not give him his wall. Brent Jessee has a suggestion that sounds doable. How about it, anyone else?
