It's Democrats who won't deal on the wall
Nancy Pelosi's response to President Donald Trump's compromise offer to end the shutdown in return for immigration concessions makes one thing very clear. Contrary to their public rhetoric the Democrats really do not have any interest in secure borders or immigration reform.
President Donald Trump appears to be the only one willing to compromise in any way. The Democrats are stuck on "No" and appear to be opposed to anything "Trump." The president's offer includes many of the things Democrats have in the past supported or now claim to favor, yet they refuse to budge from "No." It's time for Democrats to "get over it", recognize that Trump is in fact the president and make a deal.
