Thankful for brave gift
I read the article about Melissa Thielen, who died unexpectedly from a ruptured brain aneurysm. What a brave person she was to register as an organ donor before her death. Melissa and her family gave the donor recipients the ultimate gift - life. I received my "gift" almost four years ago, and I am forever grateful to my donor and their family. I thank her sincerely for such a wonderful gift, and I'm sure the other recipients of her organs thank her also. Organ donors are desperately needed. For those reading this letter, please consider signing up to be a donor.
