Filling in the gaps

I just thought I'd complete Judy Arenas' recent letter for her, as she left some important points out of it. Arenas was complimenting another writer for speaking " … for so many of us who refuse to accept this current president, not because 'our candidate lost' but because this president does not have the best interests of America or Americans at heart."

What you didn't put in your letter, Judy, was a few descriptors, so I'll add them here for you by rewriting that sentence: " … for so many of us who refuse to accept this current president, not because 'our candidate lost' but because this president does not have the best interests of either liberal, socialist, progressive, leftist or all of the above, Americans at heart."

There you go. Now that sentence makes perfect sense, easily understood by all Americans.

By the way, aren't those on your side of the political fence always clamoring for bi-partisanship? Well, your side had "your turn" during the last eight years, so now, in the name of that bi-partisanship, we conservatives are getting our turn.
