Stay strong, students

I'm reading the articles in the Feb. 22 paper about the high school students who walked out of school to voice their displeasure about the lack of gun control and the safety of our schools. All I have to say is, good for all of you young people for taking a stand. Stay strong in your resolve. Don't let this be a one and done day. Continue your protests and continue to get your message out to the people. The only way anything will ever change in Springfield or Washington is if your voices are heard loud and strong. I'm very proud of all of you for taking a stand on such an important issue. Enough is enough.
