For years, tenants renting land or buildings at the DuPage Airport to run their businesses have not been paying property taxes. DuPage County Treasurer Gwen Henry's latest tax sale data shows at least seven current and former tenants owe nearly $770,000 and there's no mechanism to make them pay.
