Itasca Bank & Trust Co. appoints three to board of directors

Hubert Cioromski

ITASCA — Itasca Bank & Trust Co. announced the recent appointment of Hubert Cioromski, Jessica Mazza and John Skoubis to the bank's board of directors.

Cioromski is owner and CEO of Troy Realty Ltd., a family owned and operated commercial and residential real estate company serving the Chicago area for more than 60 years.

Mazza is the senior managing director and deputy chief auditor at TIAA. She has more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry in the Chicago area, primarily in internal audit and consulting roles.

Skoubis is a partner with Skoubis Alikakos LLC, a law firm in Schaumburg. He has practiced law in the Chicago area for more than three decades.

Itasca Bank & Trust Co., founded in 1948, is a locally owned, independent community bank with locations in Itasca and Roselle and assets of $725 million.
