Dremel introduces new pet nail grooming tool

MOUNT PROSPECT - Dremel, a leader in the rotary tool industry, has introduced a new pet nail-grooming tool for the home market.

Dremel's 7350-PET cordless pet nail grooming kit features modern lithium-ion battery technology that boasts a 30% improved run time over Dremel's previous model, and is 7% quieter for stress-free grooming sessions, the company said.

The Dremel brand, founded in 1934, is now owned by Bosch Tool, whose U.S. headquarters are in Mount Prospect.

"We know that pet owners love their pets, but many find it hard to get to the groomer due to their busy schedules," said Dremel product manager Brian Haman. "This inspired us to create the Dremel 7350-PET, a tool that is simple, reliable, and so easy to use that people will find confidence when using it to trim pet nails at home."

With a suggested retail price of $34.99, the toll is available now onAmazon.com and will also be sold on Chewy.com in February and nationwide at Lowes stores by this spring.
