Syscon app named a 2022 'hot product'

HINSDALE - Syscon, an IT company known for supporting construction contractors, said its Field Integrated Time (F.I.T.) System was named to Construction Executive Magazine's 2022 Hot Products list.

With F.I.T., workers in the field enter their time on smartphones using their company's jobs and cost codes, with the ability to include phases and work orders. Supervisors review and approve hours before the office imports to payroll. The app integrates with Sage 100 Contractor, a construction-specific accounting application.

Syscon's F.I.T. System has collected over 4.4 million hours this year from field staff in every state, plus Canada, the company said. Syscon built F.I.T.at the request of contractor clients who were tired of inefficient and time-consuming field time collection methods. Syscon has been writing custom integrations to meet client requests for Sage 100 Contractor since 1996.

Construction Executive magazine's Hot Products list highlights popular and innovative tech products in the construction industry.

"We've always believed our F.I.T. System was special; now it seems others think it's 'hot'!" said Syscon President Catherine Wendt.
