Selden Fox bolsters its tax team

OAK BROOK - Selden Fox has welcomed three new tax accountants to its tax team.

Kenneth "Ken" Rex joins as a tax supervisor. Rex is a 2013 graduate of Northern Illinois University where he earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting. He joins with more than five years of public accounting tax experience.

Elizabeth Roberson is the firm's newest tax associate. Roberson is a 2017 graduate of Rockford University where she earned her bachelor's degree in accounting. She has more than two years of tax preparation experience in a public accounting environment, as well as experience doing general accounting work.

Jorge Garcia joins the tax group as an intern. He is currently completing his master's degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from NIU in May 2020. While in college, Garcia worked part-time for the Will County Auditor's Office and also held a tax internship this past spring.

Selden Fox, a respected audit, tax, accounting and consulting firm in Oak Brook, now numbers 70 employees, including 60 accountants.
