EVBox Group installs 200,000th vehicle charging station

LIBERTYVILLE - EVBox Group said Wednesday it has reached another milestone, having installed 200,000 charge ports worldwide. The company also announced it has planted 100,000 trees since November 2019, when it began its One Charger One Tree initiative with a pledge to plant one tree for every new charge port placed.

Founded in 2010, EVBox is helping to build a sustainable future by providing flexible and scalable electric vehicle charging solutions.

"At EVBox, we'll continue to invest in our fast charging production facility in Illinois and are looking forward to supporting the whole EV ecosystem in the U.S.," said Megha Lakhchaura, director of public policy and utility programs, North America, for EVBox Group.
