Aptar sales up 8% in quarter

CRYSTAL LAKE - AptarGroup Inc. reported third quarter sales increased 8% to $759 million compared to $701 million in the prior year. The company also provided an update related to COVID-19 including its continued supply of essential products for critical industries.

"Millions of people around the world rely on Aptar solutions to dispense the medicines and products they need and we are delivering on our promises to our customers," said Stephan Tanda, Aptar president and CEO. "During the pandemic, we have continuously adapted our safety and cleaning procedures and remote working protocols in accordance with the legislation or regulations applicable to each of our facilities."

Aptar designs and manufactures a broad range of drug delivery, consumer product dispensing and active packaging solutions.
