New sauna-workout business opens in Wheaton
WHEATON - HotWorx, a new fitness studio that features 30-minute workouts in a sauna, has opened in Town Square Wheaton, the shopping center said.
Boasting "more workout, less time," HotWorx offers access to infrared saunas for exercise programs. The workout programs are taught virtually.
Members complete workouts or high-intensity training sessions while infrared heat penetrates the body to flush toxins and burn calories. At nearly 2,500 square feet, the exercise studio is located at 71 Town Square.
