Premier completes new urgent care/medical office building

NEW LENOX - Premier Design + Build Group has completed construction of a two-story medical office building in Chicago's southwest suburbs for HSA|Primecare.

The ground floor of the 41,724-square-foot building houses a Silver Cross urgent care facility, along with a primary care unit. The new complex at 1851 Silver Cross Blvd. is directly across the street from Silver Cross Hospital's Pavilion A & B. It is known as Silver Cross Medical Office Pavilion or "Pavilion D" on the Silver Cross Hospital Campus.

Construction of the building was overseen by Premier's Midwest team. Joe Ahrens, vice president, project executive, worked with senior project manager Bill Malarski and senior superintendent Scott Lebak on this new facility.

Premier worked with Eppstein Uhen Architects for architectural design. Ruettiger, Tonelli and Associates provided civil engineering services. Other project partners included Pierce Engineers for structural engineering and IMEP for MEP services
