Discover to hold virtual annual meeting

RIVERWOODS - Discover Financial Services will be holding its 2020 annual meeting of Shareholders online at 9 a.m. May 14 due to concerns over the coronavirus pandemic.

All shareholders of record of our outstanding shares of common stock at the close of business on March 16 are entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting. For more information on how to register and attend the meeting, refer to the Questions and Answers about the annual meeting and Voting section the company's 2020 proxy statement available on Discover's corporate website at https://investorrelations.discover.com.

Guests will be able to listen live to the annual meeting at www.meetingcenter.io/249886235. Presentation slides will be available shortly before the beginning of the meeting.
