Lee & Associates brokers three suburban transactions
ROSEMONT — Lee & Associates recently brokered three transactions in the Southwest suburbs.
Jeff Galante and Terry Grapenthin, principals, and Ryan Earley, vice president, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented Pritzker Realty Group, on their purchase of 40 acres at 275 W. Laraway Road in Joliet. The Lee team has been retained to market the land for sale/build-to-suit.
Michael Androwich, junior principal, and Ryan Earley, vice president, of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented CMA Materials on the sale of its 40,500-square-foot industrial building at 19 Stonehill Road in Oswego The buyer is LabelTec.
Androwich and Earley also represented CMA Materials on its lease of 34,000 square feet at 880 Enterprise Drive in Aurora.
