Parksite names Specialists of the Year

BATAVIA - Parksite Inc. has named Ed Osterhoudt & Wasyl Baszta as its 2019 Specialists of the Year.

Osterhoudt, building product specialist, is the Parksite 2019 Specialist of the Year, representing the DuPont Tyvek product-line and Baszta is the recipient of DuPont's Tyvek Residential Specialist of the Year.

A specialist provides building science and technical support to developers, general contractors and specifiers who use the family of DuPont products. Specialist services include CEU courses, specification writing, job observations and product installation training.

"The award was initially created by the DuPont organization to recognize an exceptional individual among all specialists in the North American market," said Craig Wheatley, director of market development, "Because Parksite has over 60 specialists, we wanted to take that same foundation and build upon it in our own organization and distinguish and honor individuals for their efforts, sales performance, and relationships in our network and industry.

Both were honored with the awards in conjunction with the DuPont Tyvek Specialist Conference in Phoenix this month.
