Lee & Associates brokers three suburban leases

ROSEMONT — Lee & Associates recently closed three industrial transactions in the Chicago market.

Jeff Janda, SIOR, principal of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented owner Norcorp Associates in the lease of a 17,541-square-foot industrial building at 1211 Norwood Ave. in Itasca. Marty Paterson of Arthur J. Rodgers & Co. represented tenant Integrated Packaging & Fastener, Inc.

Rick Anesi, vice president of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented seller Johnson Bag in the sale of a 5,755-square-foot industrial unit at 1166 Flex Court in Lake Zurich. Jared Paff of CBRE represented the buyer, White Rabbit Home Improvement.

Brad Simousek, associate of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented tenant Century Marble & Granite in the lease of a 14,500-square-foot industrial building at 1299 Lunt Ave. in Elk Grove Village. John D'Orazio and Johnathan Kohn of Colliers represented the owner, Mumford Properties.
