CBRE brokers 15 leases at Elgin center
ELGIN - CBRE recently represented PanCor Construction & Development in 15 new leases and renewals for a total of 77,896 square feet at Randall Point Executive Center in Elgin through the second quarter of 2019.
Mark Smith and Dan Graham of CBRE represented PanCor in the transactions.
Randall Point Executive Center contains both multistory and single-story office buildings on a 60-acre campus at the full interchange of I-90 and Randall Road. The park serves as the headquarters for PanCor and includes conference facilities, two restaurants, a fitness center and s 98-room hotel.
