Northwestern Mutual-Chicago names Perryman director of strategic operations

Northwestern Mutual-Chicago has named Nikki Perryman as director of strategic operations for the Chicago-based financial planning firm.

Perryman will guide the firm's more than 150 financial advisors and representatives who serve clients from office locations in downtown Chicago, Deerfield, Oak Brook and Rosemont. Perryman joined Northwestern Mutual in 1998 and held administrative positions in the company's Indianapolis network office and Milwaukee district office. In 2001 she joined Northwestern Mutual-Chicago as Office Manager. In 2005 she was promoted to director of administration and in 2011 director of operations. Throughout her career, she has had oversight of a variety of areas including technology, HR, general office operations and facilities, working with advisors hiring, managing and developing associates and was part of the team that launched the firm's Vision Acceleration Program. She also coleads the philanthropic Northwestern Mutual-Chicago Childhood Cancer Impact Initiative.

Perryman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Marian University Indianapolis.

The new position reflects the firm's commitment to invest in programs and services that will help advisors grow their business and deliver an unparalleled client experience.
