Principle completes improvements for Wonderlic

VERNON HILLS - Principle Construction Corp. recently completed a 15,091 square foot tenant improvement for Wonderlic at 544 Lakeview Parkway in Vernon Hills.

The publisher and distributor of assessments and surveys is moving across the street so that they can work in a building that efficiently suits their unique needs. Wonderlic has delivered more than 200 million assessments and surveys to more than 75,000 organizations, government agencies and accrediting bodies throughout its 80-year history.

The Principle team completed an interior build-out that will give the business space to store its various printed materials as well as to properly recycle all used paper created in the testing process. Mark E. Augustyn, co-owner of Rosemont-based Principle, was principal on the project and TJ Sterbenz was the superintendent. Interform Architecture & Design provided architectural services for the project.

The team started construction on the interior build out on Sept. 20, 2018 and completed the project on time and on budget in the beginning of January 2019.
