3GStore.com signs lease on Crystal Lake building

CRYSTAL LAKE - Entre Commercial Realty recently brokered a lease of 34,229 square foot building at 220 Exchange Drive in Crystal Lake.

MDG Computer Services Inc. (d/b/a 3GStore.com) entered into a long-term lease where it will nearly quadruple in size to accommodate its growing business. 3GStore.com, which is relocating from Cary, is a supplier of Wi-Fi, networking and cellular technology solutions and was named to Inc. Magazine's list of fastest-growing private companies in 2018.

The new facility is in the Crystal Lake Business Center. MDG was attracted to the center because the property features a high image design, modern office finishes, 24-foot warehouse ceilings and excellent truck loading capabilities.

The business park, owned by Colony Industrial, also provides tenants with the opportunity for future growth within the 4-building multi-tenant complex totaling nearly 800,000 square feet.
