Health summit set for Schaumburg

SCHAUMBURG - The first Schaumburg Health Summit, which will bring together health experts from different areas of practice, is scheduled for May 18.

The event will be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 700 National Parkway, Schaumburg.

Attendees will get to hear new ideas, concepts, techniques, and skills to better their health. This year the event will include specialties such as behavioral change, chronic pain management, environmental toxin management, exercise, meditation, skin care, stress management and mental health, and visual and eye health. It will consist of 3 sessions comprised of 11 different speakers from varying health fields, vendor table exploration and activities time, breakfast,

lunch, and snacks.
