Gilvydis Vein Clinic gets accreditation

GENEVA - Gilvydis Vein Clinic has been granted a three-year term of accreditation by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission in Vascular Testing in the area of vein ultrasounds.

The IAC accreditation is a "seal of approval" to patients as an indicator of consistent quality care and a dedication to continuous improvement. Comprised of a self-evaluation followed by a review by a panel of medical experts, the IAC accreditation process enables both the critical operational and technical components of the applicant facility to be assessed, including representative case studies and their corresponding final reports.

"This accreditation indicates that we have the training, experience and state-of-the-art medical technology that allows us to accurately diagnosis, providing positive outcomes for our patients," said Dr. Rimas Gilvydis, medical director and a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist with GVC.

The IAC accreditation is a "seal of approval" that patients can rely on as an indicator of consistent quality care and a dedication to continuous improvement.
