Entre brokers Round Lake Beach building sale
ROUND LAKE BEACH - Entre Commercial Realty LLC recently brokered the sale of 1880 Circuit Drive in Round Lake Beach to complete the disposition of a three building portfolio totaling 44,750 square feet on behalf of the seller.
Terms of the sale were not announced.
The building at 1880 Circuit Drive is a 14,000 square foot clear span industrial building that was sold to a local user who plans to make this location their headquarters facility. The purchaser also plans to utilize the building for warehousing and distribution.
In 2018, Arlington Heights-based Entre brokered the two other industrial buildings in the portfolio as investment sales that were 90 percent occupied at the time sale. The property at 5400 Fieldstone Way in Johnsburg, Illinois featured a 15,750 square foot, six tenant, industrial building. The property located at 1840-44 Circuit Dr. also in Round Lake Beach featured a 15,000 square foot, three tenant, industrial building. Entre was able to capitalize on the lack of available product in that market and the growing investor pool and ultimately procured multiple offers for each facility.
