Team Concept Printing marks 20th anniversary

CAROL STREAM - Team Concept Printing and Thermography recently marked its 20th anniversary in an industry that has experienced significant losses through consolidation in the last decade,

TEAM continues to invest in state-of-the-art equipment in order to continue fueling the company's success. Owner Tony Rouse, who also serves as president and CEO, credits the 70 employees and 20 temporary staff for the company's success and growth.

"It starts with service and never saying no to any job," said Rouse. "We have found that in most cases, an equal split of fair cost, outstanding service, and producing an excellent product is the winning formula for us. We have a very diverse customer base and our product line is diverse as well."

Rouse believes the key to being in front of the curve and finding new business is by staying ahead of everyone else with new technology.

"Investing in new equipment with the latest and best technology is part of our continued success plan and will lead us to bigger clients," he said.
