DPOE names Harding corporate recruiter

Des Plaines Office Equipment has named Kendall Harding of Bartlett corporate recruiter.

She will work to recruit and bring the best talent in the market to the growing company, which is in the process of rebranding under the name Pulse Technology. She will work internally with the company's managers to determine their needs, and employ a variety of strategies to bring new team members on board.

Harding was most recently with KForce, a professional staffing services firm in the Chicago area. Harding served as both talent manager and title market manager, where she worked with clients and hiring managers. Prior to that, she was a Manufacturing Recruiter for OSC Global in Elgin, a recruiter with Manpower Staffing; and prior to that, a Career Coach with American InterContinental University.

She earned a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the Illinois Institute of Art, and enjoys painting and drawing. She is also a self-described "car fan," who enjoys car shows and drag races. In her time outside of the office, she volunteers for the Adoption Center of Illinois, as well as the On Your Feet Foundation.
