Atrium Garden Center sold

The Atrium Garden Center in Kildeer has been sold for $3.55 million.

The 6-acre development site is at 21481 N. Rand Road and will be transformed into a medical office building.

Al Lindeman of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller while Avison Young represented the buyer. The land sold for $3.55 million. Further details were not available.

"The property provided a challenge as it was a transitional site in the midst of the changing retail environment," Lindeman said. "Because of the SVN marketing platform, the sellers felt confident that the property was fully exposed to the market and achieved the highest market price. The purchaser is developing a 50,000 square foot medical office building on the site," he added.
