DHJJ promotes Byrne, Mooney to principal

DHJJ Certified Public Accountants and Business Advisors in Naperville recently promoted Kathy Byrne and Mark Mooney from senior managers to principals.

Byrne joined the firm four years ago and serves her clients as a CPA with DHJJ Certified Public Accountants and Business Advisors and as a Certified Financial Planner with the affiliate DHJJ Financial Advisors. She has significant experience in income tax compliance and planning, trust taxation, and wealth preservation strategies for multigenerational families and private clients. Bryne graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Accounting and a Masters of Accounting.

Mooney joined the firm 10 years ago and provides DHJJ Certified Public Accountants and Business Advisor clients with audit, review, other assurance, and fraud services to a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, and 401(k) plans. He is a CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Butler University. Mark also serves on the executive board for the Fox Valley United Way.

"Mark and Kathy bring outstanding technical expertise to DHJJ which assists our entire team in providing excellent client service," Managing Director Patrick Kolzow said. "We are fortunate to have them as Principals of DHJJ."

Senior Manager: Nick Brooks John Hennessy Liz Herbst Meaghan Wingbermuehle Brent Townsend.

Senior Associate: Servando Dorantes Justine Gegner Lauren Scaletta.
