St. Charles apartment complex sold

Marcus & Millichap commercial real estate investment services firm announced the sale of a 12-unit apartment property located at 1330 W. Main St., in St. Charles.

According to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm's Chicago Oak Brook office, the property sold for $1.05 million.

Andrean Angelov and Ryan D. Engle, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, also a private investor, was secured and represented by Engle, Angelov and Timothy B. Stephenson Jr.

The property is located within walking distance of Valley Shopping Center and is less than 2 miles from Geneva Commons, an upscale lifestyle retailer.
