Barn announces concert schedule

Early Music at the Barn has announced its sixth concert season. The concerts will take place at 4 p.m. Sundays at the Byron Colby Barn, 1561 Jones Point Road in Grayslake. Admission is $15 per ticket. Children under 16 are free. A subscription to the whole series of seven concerts is $84, a savings of $21. To order tickets or for more information, call (847) 543-1202.

The 2007-08 concert season is as follows:

•Oct. 14: Metropolis Quartet, "Mozart and His Circle"

•Nov. 11: Ars Antigua, Vivaldi's "Four Seasons"

•Dec. 2: Old Dominion Brass Quintet, Christmas Concert

•Jan. 13: Callipygian Players, "French Flavors"

•Feb. 24: Baroque Band

•Feb. 3: Chicago Early Music Consort, "Music for A While"

•Feb. 24: Baroque Band

•April 6: Alison Attar and Anita Rieder
