ASI Construction forms new multifamily division

BURR RIDGE - ASI Construction said it has created a new multifamily division to work directly with homeowners associations, apartment complexes and multifamily properties.

ASI's new division offers roofing, siding, gutters and additional retail services to multifamily developments. Some of the company's target areas include Naperville, Burr Ridge and Hinsdale.

ASI CEO Jay Andreas said the company has experience working with multifamily properties since 2016. However, its growth in this business segment prompted the hiring of high-qualified candidates to create a high-level performing division, he said.

"There are a lot of companies in the Chicagoland area that are not capable of handling large losses via insurance and/or retail projects of this magnitude," Andreas said. "We've grown into a space where we can handle any multifamily project no matter the magnitude of the job.
