Elmhurst University to hold holiday concert Dec. 12

The Elmhurst University Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble presents its annual Holiday Concert at 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12.

The concert will feature a mix of classical and holiday pop music favorites, with works by Mozart, Irving Berlin, Leroy Anderson and more. The Elmhurst University Chamber Chorale also will perform a choral selection from John Williams' film score to "Home Alone."


The performance is at Hammerschmidt Memorial Chapel, 190 Prospect Ave., Elmhurst. The concert is free, and guests must wear a mask during all indoor event regardless of vaccination status.
