Grains higher, livestock mixed.

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were higher on Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Dec. rose 21.75 cents at $8.1475 a bushel; Dec. corn was up 7.75 cents at $5.8750 a bushel; Dec. oats advanced 46 cents at $7.44 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans gained 33.25 cents at $12.6775 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec. live cattle was up .70 cent at $1.3712 a pound; Jan. feeder cattle fell 1.17 cents at $1.6405 a pound; Dec. lean hogs rose 2.05 cents at $.7505 a pound.
