Sale of two suburban industrial buildings finalized

SVN Chicago Commercial said it represented the sellers of two industrial buildings in the Northwest suburbs, one in Schaumburg and another in Elk Grove Village, both of which sold for a combined total of $2.65 million.

• A 20,620-square-foot building at 1118-1124 Morse Ave. in Schaumburg sold for $1.3 million. The property now has one tenant occupying 10,600 square feet. The new owner will be occupy half of the building and collect income from the tenant, SVN Chicago Commercial said.

• A 20,000-square-foot building at 1301 Landmeier Road in Elk Grove Village sold for $1.35 million. The new owner will occupy the entire building.

Jennifer Hopkins, Olivia Czyzynski and Nathalie Fisher of SVN Chicago Commercial helped secure the sale of two industrial buildings. The sellers and purchasers were not disclosed.
