Fuel Tech announces inclusion in Russell Microcap Index

WARRENVILLE -- Fuel Tech Inc. said Monday the company has been added to the Russell Microcap Index.

Fuel Tech's stock trades on the Nasdaq market.


The company develops and commercializes proprietary technologies for air pollution control of combustion systems, process optimization, water treatment and advanced engineering services.

Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for index funds and as benchmarks for active investment strategies. Approximately $10.6 trillion in assets are benchmarked against Russell's U.S. indexes.
