Renovation of Oak Brook office building complete

OAK BROOK - Clear Height Properties has completed the renovation and repositioning plans for 814 Commerce Drive in Oak Brook. Clear Height acquired the office building at the end of 2019 in a joint venture with Buligo Capital Partners.

The company has enhanced the look and appeal of the two-story atrium lobby and other common areas within the building, it said. The exterior appearance was altered and new landscaping, lighting and signage was installed.

The building is now occupied by IRC, a commercial real estate firm, and Innovista Health, a health care firm. The entire second floor, totaling approximately 66,500 square feet, is available for lease. There are also available ground floor suites in the three-story office building, which was built in 1990.
