Hoffman Estates Chamber seeks Excellence Awards nominations

The Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce & Industry is seeking nominations of businesses and individuals whose positive contributions have helped the organization and community through one of their most difficult years.

The chamber will hold its annual Celebration of Excellence Awards on Thursday, Feb. 25, but is soliciting nominations only through Wednesday, Dec. 16.

The general standards for nominations include identifying chamber members who:

• Consistently and positively contribute to the chamber and its mission.

• Work to support the community by stimulation of the economic growth in the business community.

• Contribute to the community with volunteering to support social, health or philanthropic works in an effort to better the community.

• Has made a significant contribution to the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

The four award categories are Chamber Volunteer of the Year, Business of the Year, Public Sector/Non-Profit Organization Partner of the Year, and Small Business of the Year.
