Walker hosts constituent coffee event in Arlington Heights

State Rep. Mark Walker will meet with constituents in Arlington Heights Saturday, just ahead of the legislature's fall veto session.

The 53rd District Democratic legislator from Arlington Heights will host a Coffee and Conversation event from 10 to 11 a.m. at Panera Bread, 5 W. Rand Road. The event is an opportunity for residents to share their concerns just before the General Assembly reconvenes Oct. 28, when lawmakers may be discussing climate change, gun control and gambling regulations, he said.

Walker's office will also host satellite office hours from 6 to 7 p.m. Nov. 6 and Dec. 4, at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library. and Nov. 21 and Dec. 19, at the Mount Prospect Public Library.
