Prince of Peace UMC opens its Pumpkin Patch

The Pumpkin Patch at Prince of Peace United Methodist Church in Elk Grove Village is now open daily through Thursday, Oct. 31.

The whole family is invited to stroll through the patch to select the perfect pumpkin. A large variety of pumpkins are available, as well as gourds.

The Pumpkin Patch is an annual ministry at Prince of Peace Church.

Hours are 3 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays; and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays. During the final few days, Oct. 29-31, the patch will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3 to 7 p.m. Proceeds from Pumpkin Patch sales will benefit local ministries and ministries throughout the world.

Prince of Peace United Methodist Church, 1400 Arlington Heights Road, Elk Grove Village, is on the corner of Arlington Heights Road and Devon Avenue.
