Arlington 425 Project Receives Village Approval

Arlington 425, the long-awaited mixed-use development proposed for downtown Arlington Heights received final approval from the Village Board at a meeting on May 13th. With the unanimous vote by the Board, the project's development team will now turn its attention to planning construction and securing retail tenants.

"We appreciate the due diligence performed by the Board, the various commissions in the community and the Village staff, which, coupled with great input from local residents, has created a clear vision for all parties on the opportunity before us."

Spread across three uniquely designed buildings tied architecturally to the immediate

surroundings, Arlington 425 will introduce 361 new residential units into an already

thriving downtown area along with over 32,000 square feet for retail, office and other commercial uses. The development will also add a 6-story parking garage for use by residents, merchants, office tenants, visitors and customers.
