What are the most important issues facing your community and how do you intend to address them?

Flooding problem for many years in the 4th ward, also back yard flooding. Accelerate funds from the casino towards infrastructure repairs and maintenance,.

What makes you the best candidate for the job?

I am an A type person always finding a way to work on something to maker it better.

Describe your leadership style and explain how you think that will be effective in producing actions and decisions with your village board or city council.

I lead by example. I have earned respect as a leader over the past 20 years in the fire service.

How would you describe the condition of your community's budget, and what are the most important specific actions the town should take to assure providing the level of services people want?

Control costs to make government / city work more efficiently, by the use of always updating technology and finding other cost cutting/ saving options.

What's one good idea you have to better the community that no one is talking about yet?

One goal I have, is to make Des Plaines a leader in the Northwest Suburbs and always encouraging the city employees to do the best job they can and providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
