Grains mostly higher, Livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly higher Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec. delivery was up 3.40 cents at $5.13 a bushel; Dec. corn rose 1.80 cents at $3.7320 a bushel; Dec. oats gained 2.20 cents at $2.8720 bushel while Nov. soybeans fell 1 cent at 8.6460 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec.live cattle was up .62 cent at $1.1508 a pound; Nov. feeder cattle rose .18 cent at $1.5008 a pound; Dec. lean hogs fell .30 cent at .5468 a pound.
