No. 19 Northwestern signs 4 recruits to letters of intent

EVANSTON, Ill. (AP) - No. 19 Northwestern has signed four recruits to letters of intent.

Houston Christian forward Miller Kopp and Akron Revere forward Pete Nance are considered top 100 prospects by several recruiting services. With Grandview (Missouri) guard Jordan Lathon and Bethlehem (Pennsylvania) Catholic center Ryan Young also signing, Northwestern so far has what some services consider a top 20 class.

With star Bryant McIntosh in his senior season and leading a veteran team, the newcomers could play big roles for Northwestern in the next year or two. Coach Chris Collins calls this a "vital class for the future of our program" and says the recruits will "add to the work ethic and the character that we've been able to build over the last few years."
