Mallory Pugh out for 2nd South Korea match

CHICAGO (AP) - Forward Mallory Pugh has a hamstring injury and won't play for the U.S. national team against South Korea on Sunday.

Pugh was injured in the U.S. team's 3-1 victory over South Korea in the first match of the two-game exhibition series on Thursday night in New Orleans.

U.S. soccer also announced Friday that midfielder Andi Sullivan would return to Stanford to play for the third-ranked Cardinal in their match against Oregon State on Sunday.

As a result of the absences, coach Jill Ellis called in midfielder McCall Zerboni for Sunday's second match in Cary, North Carolina.

Zerboni, 30, plays for the North Carolina Courage of the National Women's Soccer League. It is her first call-up with the national team.
