Toledo (3-0) at No. 14 Miami (1-0), Saturday, 3:30 p.m. ET (Raycom)
Line: Miami by 13.
Series record: Miami leads, 1-0
WHAT'S AT STAKE
Miami returns to the field after one game was cancelled and another was postponed because of the impact of Hurricane Irma. Awaiting the Hurricanes is a high-octane Toledo offense, one that rallied from a 28-7 deficit to beat Tulsa 54-51 last week.
Toledo WRs Cody Thompson and Diontae Johnson vs. Miami's secondary. Thompson has 391 receiving yards this season and has averaged nearly 20 yards per catch in his career. Johnson is just explosive: He's averaging 26.3 yards every time he touches the ball as either a big-play receiver or a kickoff returner.
PLAYERS TO WATCH
Toledo: QB Logan Woodside. He could be the best quarterback Miami faces this season. Woodside engineered Toledo's comeback from the 21-point deficit against Tulsa last week, throwing for six touchdowns. Among active quarterbacks Woodside has the second-best career passing efficiency rating in the nation, behind only Oklahoma's Baker Mayfield.
Miami: RB Mark Walton. He has 27 touchdowns (25 rushing) in 27 career games. When he rushes for a touchdown, Miami is 12-3. When he plays and doesn't have a rushing score, Miami is 6-6. He's also a fast starter: Walton has 13 rushing touchdowns in seven September games.
