Man killed by equipment at Lake Zurich business
A 58-year-old man was struck and killed by a piece of paving equipment at Chicagoland Paving Contractors in Lake Zurich Wednesday afternoon, police reported.
No other injuries were reported, authorities said. Police officers and the Lake County coroner's office are continuing to investigate.
Lake Zurich police received the call to the business at 225 Telser Road at 1:43 p.m. Wednesday.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities haven't released the victim's name.
