Des Plaines Park District forum on Craig Manor Park improvements
The Des Plaines Park District is asking residents for input on proposed renovations of Craig Manor Park.
The park district is hosting a forum at 6:30 p.m. March 1, in the field house at West Park, 651 S. Wolf Road.
Preliminary drawings of the site will be available, and the public can review the proposed amenities and provide input on the improvements.
Renovations to the park located at 800 Madelyn Drive in Des Plaines are scheduled to start in June and be completed this summer.
After the forum, the park district will seek bids on the new equipment, the demolition and excavation of the existing site, and construction of the new playground and amenities.
