Wiegel Tool Works buys Bensenville building

BENSENVILLE - NAI Hiffman recently brokered the sale of 805 Golf Lane in Bensenville.

Terms of the sale were not announced.

Wiegel Tool Works, Inc., a metal stamper of manufacturing products, acquired the 52,166-square-foot property from Unity Railway Supply Co, Inc.

The property features more than 10,000 square feet of reducible office space; 3 interior docks with levelers; 1 oversized drive-in door; 2 rail doors; 35-car parking; and 21.5-foot ceiling height.

NAI Hiffman Associate Josh Will and Executive Vice Presidents Joe Bronson and Brian Colson represented the seller in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield's Michael Magliano represented the buyer.

"The building is unique in the fact that it's a rail served building with a heavy office requirement," said Will. "To go along with that, it is situated in the Bensenville/O'Hare market, which is seeing some of the lowest vacancy rates in all of Chicagoland."
